Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place with RYLO. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who we are
This store trades as RYLO. Contact: hello@rylohair.com, answered within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
What RYLO is, and is not
- It is a cosmetic scalp and hair concealer that covers thinning areas
- It is not a hair-growth product, and not a medical treatment
- We make no claim that it treats, prevents or cures hair loss or any medical condition
- Results vary from person to person. Shade guidance is an aid, not a guarantee of an exact match
Using the product safely
For external use on the scalp and hair. Keep away from the eyes. Patch test before first use. Stop use and seek advice if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if we spot a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and delivery are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cancellation, returns and delivery
Set out in our refund policy and our shipping policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Using this website
- Lawful personal use only
- No attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with the site
- No automated extraction of content
- All text, images, video, logos and design belong to us or our licensors, and may not be reused commercially without written permission

Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
Where we link to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
The laws of England and Wales apply. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
