Try RYLO for 30 days. If it isn't right for you, reach out and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement — no complicated hoops.
How it works
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- You don't need to ship the tube back for a first-order refund — we'd rather you not waste the postage.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account before the next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund a shipment already on its way — but the 30-day promise above still applies to it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
What RYLO is
RYLO is a cosmetic scalp concealer. It changes how your hair looks by covering thinning areas — it is not a hair-growth or medical treatment, and results vary with hair type and coverage. Shade matching is a guide; if a shade isn't right, our promise has you covered.
