Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. They can stretch during busy periods or because of a delay at the carrier.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email the moment your order is dispatched. Where tracking is available, the link is in that email.
Before you pay, check your address
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
If something goes wrong
Parcel late, missing or damaged on arrival? Email hello@rylohair.com with your order number. We chase the carrier and put it right. Your rights are set out in our refund policy.
